Description

The Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 550 “Dore Navy” was designed by Teddy Santis in collaboration with New Balance. The model was released in October of 2020 as part of a capsule collection under the tagline "International Friendship Through Basketball." Featuring a classic smooth white leather upper with navy blue accents, the shoe is reminiscent of the 1990s styles that inspire much of Santis' design sensibilities. The right heel shows a graphic of an apple-shaped basketball, in homage to Santis' "Big Apple" hometown, New York City.
